Animal Yoga and Nature Mandalas

Hosted at The Orchard, 250 Waters Rd. Patten, ME
Children ages 5+ and their families are invited to join us for this animal yoga workshop with yoga teacher, Fálki Heiđdóttir. Children will mindfully shape shift into animals.
After animal yoga, children will work together to learn about patterns, symmetry, and the natural world as they create nature mandalas from natural materials found around the orchard.
Yoga, Tea, and Mandalas from the Inside Out

This yoga class is thoughtfully designed for adults and teens. Led by yoga teacher, Fálki Heiđdóttir, participants will engage in mindful stretching, strengthening, balancing, and breathing in Nature followed by tea and mandala-making in community.

Join us at Patten Academy Park on August 5 for Exploration Stations! All ages are welcome for this free event. Children and families can engage in art activities, construction and engineering challenges, constructing with blocks, build Lego marble mazes, and more!
